"Harford Hills like many schools in Balt Co is having a discipline crisis. Staff is unwilling or unable to do anything. Classroom instruction is suffering and the general morale in the school is suffering. As a parent who volunteers more than once a week I see the quality of our children's education deteriorating. Parents struggle to fill the void but its a loosing battle as they must battle an unresponsive principal as well. The few parents who are able dedicate time to volunteering are slowly being pushed away. It is a sad place."
