"I like the amount of opportunities offered at my school, but I would like to see suicide rates go down. They put so much pressure on students with our workload to the point where there are suicides every year at my school. I spend around 2-5 hours every night on homework which contributed to me being put in the hospital due to stress. Our workload needs to change before anyone begins to see an improvement in our suicide rates."

"In my 3 years at Woodson High School, I would say that is has been pleasant overall. There is an extreme amount of stress placed among students at the school, with nearly every student taking one or more APs each year. The students here are extremely ambitious, and aim for Ivy League schools. The teachers here are great and really knowledgeable, and the environment is adequate as well. There are many student clubs and organizations for all interests and hobbies, and plenty of competitive sports teams to join as well. If you don't mind stress then its a great school."

"A great school for a secondary education. Teachers are extremely nice and eager to help. The student population is diversified, helping you get familiar with the variety and diversity of different cultures. The school faculties are tough against drugs and misbehaving."

"In my life, I have gone to seven schools and in my opinion Woodson is the best school I have gone to. The school pushes each student to advance academically.More than half the students are in some type of advanced class. Although, sometimes being pushed so hard in school can be stressful it definitely has its advantages. Something else that I enjoy about Woodson is its academy program. The academy program is where a student can travel to another school for a class on a specific career. Almost every student that has taken the academy will agree that the program is very helpful for your future and enjoyable.Something I do not enjoy about is that there isn't much diversity in the school. This can be very bland culture wise but as the years have passed i've noticed little by little different ethnic groups have began to emerge. In all, I do like Woodson and recommend other students to go."

"I honestly enjoyed my time at Woodson. I had good teachers, and made very close friends while I was in high school. There were some teachers that made me want to rip my hair out, but I can look back and know that I came out a stronger person because of those classes."
