"One thing I like about it is we get laptops to take home. I don't like how they praise sports. It's like they put sports before our education. I don't like all the fights at the school either. The staff can't control any of the students at all."

"Mingo Central is a wonderful school, the only sad thing is that there are troublesome students and a few teachers/staff that are really helping a certain number of students, producing favoritism and leaving many other students behind."

"Mingo Central is really underrated. Despite being one of the best schools in the area with modern facilities, great teachers, and possibly the best CTE program in the state, people still believe it's a bad school. For the most part, these are students who do not do their work and don't try to learn or even behave at school, making it harder for everyone. However, the teachers are really caring and the programs we offer are specacular. MCHS has been amazing for me."

"Mingo Central has excellent academic courses including Honors, AP classes and certification programs. It offers a wide variety of class options and the student teacher ratio is good. Each teacher takes their time to help each and every student. Our guidance counselors are great at helping us make the best class choices and giving us advice on applying to colleges. Mingo Central is a great school to be able to help prepare you for your college experience."

"The teachers at Mingo Central are absolutely wonderful. Although some may give too little or too much work and others may have better teaching styles than others, they all really do care about their students and do whatever they can in order to help everyone. Our teachers all have very different personalities and the drastically different teaching styles definitely helps prepare us for college."
