"North Surry gave me a great opportunity to study health science and find out that I want to be a nurse. North Surry also offered free college classes and I was able to take PSY 150 and 152, Statistics, Sociology and CNA I this has put me on my way to become a nurse by letting me take the classes I need for the nursing program for free."

"The thing I like about North Surry High School is all the different options and pathways you can take. One path you can take is getting your GPA high if you are the person that wants to go to a 4-year university right out of high school. Also there's an option where you can get college credits through the local community college while you're still in high school."

"Most parents are really supportive in the things their children are involved in but some just don't care."

"All teachers have a different way of teaching. More of the teachers do group work, and some just give you the wok and tells you to do it without teaching. Most teachers have a good relationship with the students."
