"The teachers at Northeast Guildford High School, care about their students."

"As I am in AP classes and rarely interact with the "bad" students, I don't see much conflict between the teachers and students. Although things have gotten better since my freshman year, the school still sees its fair share of disciplinary issues. I have seen many teachers come and go as a result of student behavioral issues at Northeast. Parent support is definitely minimal and school funding has been cut every year. The school is about 60% African American and 40% White. This situation has taught me very much, as I was quite judgmental when I came to the school in my 9th grade year. Even the most intimidating kids are easy to talk to and interact with."
