"Vandalia was a great school to attend. The teachers were kind and caring. The student body is a big family that supports and encourages each other. Most importantly, the Lord used this school to help me in my daily spiritual growth."

"I have been attending this school since pre school and have enjoyed most of my years there. I really enjoyed some of the things we were able to do such as five for Jesus. It is a great opportunity to be a part of volunteer work."

"All of the teachers are very knowledgeable in the area of studies they are involved with. Although teaching styles may very, they are all very good at what they do."

"I was not academically challenged at this school and it definitely did not prepare me for college. No advanced courses are offered. I felt like the classes were easy A's and didn't require a lot of work. Some rules and the dress codes are ludicrous, but you get used to it. I loved playing sports at Vandalia because I know at public school I wouldn't have been good enough. Although the academics were not challenging and the school did not prepare me for college, going to Vandalia helped me form lifelong friendships and memories with good friends as well as teachers. That is something not all public schools can offer."

"The teachers were one of the best parts about attending Vandalia. They genuinely care about students and obviously aren't in it for the money. Most of them coach a sport as well so a lot of students were able to engage with teachers outside of the classroom as well. Science could use some improvement, but I think math and English were phenomenal departments. 11th and 12 grade English definitely prepared me the most for college."
