"Many of the teachers at AJ are very knowledgeable at the topic that they have chosen, but there are a few who are not that great at one particular subject and should be teaching another subject. All of the teachers I have had were very friendly and open to new ideas put forth by the students. All of my teachers have always been available outside of school for anyone in need or for questions. Overall the teaching staff is really good."

"The experience has been average for me. The school doesn't have many functions for the students to enjoy, but it still is a pleasant experiance."

"Morgan has had a very successful time at Andrew Jackson High School. They are an Arts school who really has some good Arts classes. Need better guidance counselors."

"I have enjoyed my four years here, and for the majority, it has been pretty great. The chorus department does a great job, and the teacher is definitely one of the best, but it doesn't get recognized very often. There is one math teacher that doesn't teach very well, and will absolutely not help the students out of laziness."

"I love the teachers at the school. I would like to see classes being smaller, so the teachers could interact better with students. Technology is very seldom to come by at the school. They offer many academic classes with varying choices and also many life skills we will need when we are out in the real world. The school needs more funding for better books for the library and better up to date books for students to use in class."
