"Most teachers are great and very understanding. The building needs a major redo. Guidance counselors are great and most of the office staff is great as well. Sports need to be fixed as the budgets are not even between each sport."

"My experience at Darlington High School are good because i been going her since 9 grade and now I'm a senior and about to graduate in June. And the Facilities and staff member here are really good and they also make sure you get your work done. When it need to be done, Therefore you want be lazy at the work you doing. and what i like to see change into this school is the food, because we don't have any fired chicken no more and they took the season off the food to make it more healthy for the students."

"Darlington High School, to me, is by far the best high school in the area. I am apart of the Early College Honors Program where I will be receiving my high school diploma and my Associates of Arts degree once I graduate. I love everything about Darlington High, but the athletic director and coaches for basketball are terrible at moving our players up to the next level, and although the honors program is phenomenal, the faculty there don't provide many opportunities for scholarships. What I have found has come from me searching on my own. The adults don't expose you to what I feel we are supposed to be exposed to. Local leadership programs are told to us, but only to a select few. DHS just needs to improve on resources and preparing those who aren't in honors for college."

"I graduated in 2013. I can say in my 4 years that you make your experience, no one else does. I loved the library which was spacious and had a variety of books to choose from. I appreciated my guidance counselors who made sure to keep me up to date with scholarships and other college essentials. My advice is to stay clear of the wrong crowds and your experience shall be worthwhile. I met some great individuals along the way and took advantage of the college courses offered, which have helped me in college as far as credits. However, I hated, HATED, that we had to stay in the cafeteria in the morning until 7:30am!! Good luck!!"

"Darlington High School is a very good school if the right path is chosen. The honors college for the high school is very beneficial towards students education. Through the honors college, students are able to take dual enrollment classes through Florence Darlington Technical College. By doing this I personally was able to obtain 23 college credits throughout high school. However, this school lacks a clean campus and needs large improvements in its lunch program."
