"The school is huge in sports which I love. I participated in soccer and track. I defiantly did like going to a school that was tiny. We only had one hallway, so it was very crowded. The food was amazing until they changed it to "healthier" foods. We also couldn't do much our senior year because our principal was very strict."

"I grew up in a very small town, and went to the city school system my entire life, kindergarten through 12th grade. I grew up with the same group of people, and got to see everyone mature and change and move on from our tiny town. The teachers at Social Circle are all amazing, and we, the students, all thrived on the one-on-one connection we received from being in a small town atmosphere. Every teacher wanted to see us succeed, and gave us the encouragement and knowledge our young minds needed to go on to the great big world. If I had to change one thing about the school, it would be the amount of funding. We never really had the latest and greatest technology, which was somewhat inconvienent. We had a small computer lab, and about 30 laptops in the school at everyone shared. The older schools are starting to have structural issues. With a little more funding, I believe Social Circle City Schools could be every greater than they already are."

"If you're not in many clubs, then there aren't many activities for students. The students are relatively enthusiastic, however only a handful of students actually care about academics."

"Because of SCHS being a small school, the teachers aren't all great, however, there are a few teachers who are incredibly nice and helpful. Most of the teachers are knowledgeable, but not very challenging. Also, only a few AP courses are available, and it is more helpful to do dual enrollment instead."

"This school is the best. It feels that most of us are not just classmates but family."
