    "An Alternative Learning school operated under contract to Brevard County. When your kid does something stupid and gets kicked out of thier regular high school, it's scary. Your thoughts are 'what do we do now?' Home schooling is not an option when both parents work or are ill suited to be instructors and most private schools won't touch someone that got suspended from regular school. Even if you could afford it. Horace Mann will not impress those that were worried about whether thier school had an 'A' or a 'B', but it can provide a counselor supported place for a student to get thier head screwed on straight while continuing thier school education in the public school framework."
