"County High or, "Country Fry" as our opponents like to call us, was pretty average. It's a big school with tons of students and when I graduated I personally have never even met or talked to half my senior class. But that's normal when ur class has over 300 seniors. Being in Alabama, football was and always will be something really important to us, so home games were always filled to the brim and every year the most important thing was our "student section". The more rowdy the better. We got called names a lot and were below average with some of our sports teams but we never lost a sense of unity. Any time a rival school would prank us or spread stuff on social media, you could guess that a lot of county high people would be there to back us up. We were like a big, dysfunctional, loud family. The teachers were some of the best and the worst. You'd have the ones you'd never want to let go of and the ones you'd wish would get run over by a bus."

"Attending Tuscaloosa County High School I experienced a lot of good moments. I have become more socially diverse, met new people through the musical department, and have obtained more knowledge that will be helpful in my future. The teachers have did an amazing job helping me understand what I didn't know and help guide me through tough times. Not everything is perfect here as many may think. The fighting and discipline needs a major improvement. That could be a change I would like to see less fighting and discipline records and higher test scores!!"

"County high is a great school. I have learned a lot the whole four years I have been here. The teachers are great and very involved so are the principals."

"I had an overall pleasant experience at county high, but there were a few teachers whom I don't believe should've been allowed to teach. These teachers were few and far between though and I'm sure there are just as many at any other high school. The arts were excellent! I was in the band and theatre programs and thoroughly enjoyed my time there."
