"The Donoho School has effectively prepared me for college. The teachers are there for constant support and help. The academics are tough, but in long run it helps the students later in college."

"The Donoho School makes administrative decisions that are less concerned with the students' wellbeing and other consequences that decision might bring, and are more in line with how much tuition is being dished out for a sub-par education - all to fill the admins' agendas. Truly the "Donoho Difference" we all need."

"It was a Great experience going to The Donoho School. The issues I had with the school are things that most people already know about, and/or things that can't really be changed by the school. Most of the students were clique oriented, and it being a small school did not help either. All of the faculty will respect and treat you fairly as long as you do the same. They're all very great people with a passion to teach engaged students. That being said, if you aren't engaged, don't expect them to be your best friend. All in all, I would send my children here for sure. It was a great school and I learned a lot from being there."

"The teachers don't really seem to care what the students or parents think. The admins. has good hearts but aren't all that involved with student-student, or teacher-student, or even teacher-teacher issues. Good curriculum and elective choices, and the athletic department has lots of potential, it just isn't guided very well. Fine arts are some of the best in the region yet don't receive much attention from the school. Overall not an amazing experience for your children - you're not getting your money's worth, but there's a lot worse out there."

"The most overrated school in Alabama. The teachers do not care about the students at all and are very unfriendly to parents. No safety precautions whatsoever, anyone can walk onto campus and into a classroom with nobody batting an eye. The administration is completely disconnected from the students. They promise plans to increase student productivity, eliminate distractions, stop bullying, and then never go through with it. The academic courses and clubs are the only things worth the exorbitant price of admission to go to a school with crumbling facilities. Overall an awful experience for my and your children."
