"The vast majority of teachers do the bare minimum required in order to fulfill their job as educators and often fail to even attempt to listen to as well as engage with their students."

"The school is immensely underfunded and is extremely conservative to the point a GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) Club was shutdown. The majority of, if not all, funding goes to the popular sports programs such as football and baseball, but is majorly lacking in sports that do not attract large crowds such as tennis and track and field."

"my experience at Giles County has been great. Although some clubs you have to be really good with the teacher to get an important part in the club like officers for example. But overall its great,"

"Through all my years at high school I have enjoyed. Freshman year had to be my favorite because we got to do a lot more than we get to do now. For example we would have a whole lot more activities for the students to participate in. If Giles County would get back to doing certain things it would be better and more students would enjoy being there."

"For the most part many of teachers are very helpful in anyway they can be, such as making sure the students understand their lesson."
