"For the most part the teachers are very good. But there are some that don't seem to care enough to actually teach you, don't care about you so they reach you like you're stupid, or just don't know how to teach. The teachers that do care are the hardest one you'll have. They will give you a lot of homework and at least for me it'll be on stuff that doesn't make sense. The teacher that don't care at all, they're nice but will just have you do worksheets and read the book and they won't actually stand up and teach you. Then there are the teachers who don't care about you at all. These are mostly the teachers who are also coaches so they blatantly favor the athletic kid. I once had a teacher on the fist day of class say "now I know you think you're smart but I want you to know that as soon as you walked in the door, I'm the smartest person in the room." He also carried a baseball bat in the hallways. So the teachers are good but there are some bad ones."

"This school is good at athletic and academics, that's it. The diversity is obismal, the principal is an idiot who is very rude and hostile. He regularly interrupts classes to give his own opinions on politics and the government. The food is bad. There are not many heathy options but there is an okay salad bar. The school counselors will attempt to help you but they often go against what you ask them to do. Many students get bullied and the schools doesn't really do anything about it. The teachers love to play favorites. Most of the good ones do this and if you're not a favorite you might as well not be there. It is in a very small town and there is a bring your tractor to school day. I would not recommend this school to anyone."

"They are mostly good or even great but there are a few that just suck."

"This school has a 94% white population. As a black student, this is terribly unnerving. The students are all very Christian and quite frankly redneck. A lot of them wear the confederate flag on t shirts and some even have an actual flag waving from their car. There is no gay- straight alliance club. The school once got sued for having a painting of Jesus hanging up in the office. They took it down but had it made into a statue that is off the school property but can be seen easily. There was a controversial t-shirt made in art class that said "gay is okay" that was taken down so the art teacher made them for people to wear. But it wasn't controversial to have a pro-life shirt hanging up. The school is only diverse in the sense that there are rich white kids, poor who're kids and middle class white kids."

"Many teachers are very knowledgeable, caring, and engaging. It is easy to see the majority of teachers are very interested in helping students reach their potential in and out of the classroom. There are several exceptional teachers who are rather brilliant teachers and who are also amazing people who, it seems, would do almost anything possible to help a student. There are also several teachers who seem to be lazy and or knowledgeable in their own area of expertise and who obviously have little care for their students learning and growth as individuals."
