"I love this school but they are to focused on what awards they get from the schools sports teams and their band members. They don't even focus on the kids that aren't in this way programs."

"Pendleton Heights is in a very small town with mostly very small minded people, and the school culture reflects that. Over half of the high school teachers are clearly there for only the paycheck and have no interest in helping struggling students or teaching us anything of value. The teachers behave like high schoolers, and the high schoolers behave like elementry schoolers. That being said there are some teachers who truly care about their students and will do anything to help us, in or out of the classroom. It is a nice area, not much to do but a pretty pleasant town. Arts are very underfunded, like most high school arts programs are."

"Pendleton Heights High School is more than a high school. It's a home, a place to grow from a teen into a young adult. It might not be the most asthetically pleasing of education institutions, but for what it does, it provides each and every one of it's students with equal opportunities to be the best they can be. With it's location being centrally located in the town of Pendleton it drives home a sense of community among students and a bond. Life at Pendleton Heights High School is that of a blank canvas that allows the artist to paint it's life however they choose."

"Pendleton Heights is a small school compared to others around it. Many of the teachers are amazing at what they do. I liked going to a high school where everyone knows each other and living in a smaller community because if something ever happened everyone comes together and supports each other."

"School days at Pendleton Heights High School were long, but after attending I feel that I am ready for college. Teachers were most always open to helping students out outside of class. I also had the opportunity to play two varsity sports."
