"My kids no longer attend this school. I walked to the office to give them something and there were boys nearly fighting yelling F you right in front of the office. Numerous kids have been sexually assaulted at this school during school and after school events. The same thing that happened at Carmel happened here. CG just hid it better. Not safe!"

"Great affluent school, excellent curriculum, and strong extracurricular department- have attended since elementary school and loved it with no problems whatsoever"

"Center Grove has nice academics but that's about all it has going for it. It's very white washed, barely any diversity, and many of the students are either racist or homophobic. Bullying is a major issue at the school and the school does nothing to fix it. The students are very snobby, materialistic, and cliquey. The teachers can be nice, but there have been some instances where staff members do some no no things. The academics are good, the Early College program is a fantastic opportunity. But the school focuses way too heavily on sports. In fact, most of the funding the school receives goes to sports; primarily football. The school could definitely use some more diversity in the meals. If your student is vegetarian, I would suggest you pack their lunch. Or else they'll eat nothing but salad and PB&J all year."

"what are we teaching our kids by giving them ipods for school so far the only work i have seen done on them is watching movies and entertainment iis this really what we want to be teaching if we can do everything on the ipod why do we need to even go to school ,sincerely concerned parent personally I think this was a bad idea and a disconnect from family life at home"

"Awesome school, incredible staff, great athletes, world class musicians. Support both athletics and the arts. All schools are under budget stress so help the schools by being present for your student's and neighbor's events. Especially support the Arts since they involve such a broad spectrum of student involvment. The Arts are truly the producers of our most interesting and diverse future leaders ranging from the most creative leaders of corporations to world class musicians, artists, photographers,...etc. All students, no matter what interests they have deep inside need an avenue for growth and expression. We as a community can definitely benefit from proud students that have a sense of ownership within their school. As long as everyone gets along and shows support for one another, there will be no need to worry about our future as a society as long as God, respect for one another, and pride in our accomplishments are present in everything we do."
