"At Huntington North our diversity is mainly dependent on exchange students, but we do have some race variation within our school itself."

"You have many groups. None most normal students want to be part of..There were two girls who were black in whole school..It was a small town with too many students and a big town attitude problem we have around 2000 students."

"The next big thing is always something the students at HNHS want to achieve. From new dance moves to water bottle flipping, students will compete one another to be the top. But I haven't met a single student who truly believes he or she is better than anyone else around them. One of our weaknesses in today's world is depression and falling under the influence, Huntington North isn't perfect. I mean, yeah, they'll do random drug searches and they'll protect students from violence to their best ability. But I'm not sure if HNHS will actually dig deep enough into a student's problems. I think a lot of the time a student will get in trouble and be suspended, rather than getting help. It's just a reflection on the outside world. When people do drugs they go to jail, but they get out and do it right back again. If the teachers would be able to connect with the students more, maybe that would help the taxes be lowered in the sense of less drug abuse in jails for the future."

"Based on my exercise I would attend this school all over again. I would do this because there are so many options of class styles. For instance I was in traditional freshman year and sophomore year I switched to the New Tech program. Switching to the program allowed me to open up and present what I have been learning in a professional way. I am always working and doing something."

"As a senior at Huntington North, I'd like to say that my years have been amazing. I've made and lost friends, I've reconnected with old friends, and I have amazing opportunities to be involved with the school and the community. In my 4 years, HNHS has helped me reach many goals in my life that I never actually thought I could achieve. For example, the FFA group held a special "Seeds of Faith" mission to send me, and a 15 year old boy from the school to Haiti. The seeds were passed out to farmers in the community in hopes of creating a new food industry. I couldn't be more thankful. Also, this year I'm able to take a CNA class so I can be a CNA straight out of high school. The school is very supportive on what happens next, and makes everything much less scary. Last but not least, I have been a part of the schools Variety show for all 4 years and have loved meeting the new talented acts each year. Overall, If i had to go back and do it all again, the only thing I would've changed was how I saw things as a freshman. I would've worked harder to keep up a good GPA. I loved this school and anyone who complains about it, obviously hasn't been involved enough."
