"Clean facility, well-kept classrooms, and modern technology used within building. More thought and involvement should be included when hiring new teachers- some have not been very educational and have let the students roam the halls."

"I enjoyed going to Bishop Dwenger for my 4 years of high school. I thought the academics and sports were both competitive which was important for me. I played soccer for 3 years and basketball for 4 years and really enjoyed my coaches and mentors throughout my time at Dwenger. Dwenger most definitely prepared me for college and writing papers as well as being punctual and managing my time."

"Bishop Dwenger was a high school that challenged individuals and encouraged them to grow in their faith. Classes were taught very well as teachers were dedicated to helping students understand."

"Strong ties among kids that attend local Catholic grade schools together. Difficult for non-Catholic students to get involved or capture the attention of teachers & coaches; unless very talented. This is due to the tight knit Catholic community, large number of families that are related to one another (staff, teachers, coaches & students), special treatment of legacy families, & school politics. Having a K-12 Catholic school education myself, I was disappointed that the academic standards weren't higher. AP & college classes offered; # of students attending elite universities is tiny. The Guidance Dept is a source of information. Never had scheduled meetings with students to give them guidance on potential college or career choices. Good athletic programs, but diversity of colleges signing athletes is lacking. Appreciated Christian values & morals taught, rules for students & staff as it relates to respect & discipline, and the school dress code."

"There is very poor subjective administration at Dwenger. There is a dean who thinks he can do anything unless u play football. It is a decent school if you dont mind the politics. They do a good job on the faith side."
