"I think the school is just ok. I have been to better with advanced teaching. I don't have much favorite experiences and if I could choose one I would say during October when candy and costumes is something the schools allows sometimes. I wouldn't choose this school again because unlike the schools I've been to previously they are dull. It's routine every day and we don't have much prep assemblies or anything to look forward to or excited about without having to pay money. In my previous school they had one monthly and it really did make a difference to students. Also unlike other schools they don't speak or teach anything about bullying until something happens. Last year we lost a student to suicide sadly because of some mean girls apparently. Once the rumors and concern about that died down after a month everything went back to normal. Teachers would witness some drama and most don't take it as a big deal. The unique thing about this school is their pankow. The center gives great teaching and it's by choice of students interest so it isn't stressful unless you make it. I love the hands on learning there."

"The Pankow Center is definitely the best place to learn . You get to choose a class of your interest towards your college goals and they will teach it very well. I currently am in two classes there and I love the fact that we get to learn hands on and get involved in professional jobs/events outside of school."

"The schools teachers are great. Some better then others. Depending on the class the teachers teach in the way they feel is right or was told to do. We do get a lot of visual but one way I'd hope they improve is the way they give notes. Teachers will literally click from slide to slide , read and summarize it, and then expect some retained knowledge. It's a bit old school their even with presented slides because the routine doesn't teach students the way it use to. The teachers are intelligent and highly capable of teaching but not all teachers have good teaching methods. Interest in students isn't something I expect but their interest in individual students are average. They notice and a knowledge details such as a new look other then that the rest doesn't concern them. The newer teachers are very good at communicating with us because their younger so they can relate with us personally. The teachers that have been their a while are ok but I think after a few years of teaching their communication is more serious and connects with us less. The schools grading system is fair, some more strict then others."

"In school you must be stron because the weak don't make it. Being shy and not being confident will seriously be taken as a weakness and taken advantage of. Theirs nice girls and guys who are kind enough to have you join them of you give it a shot. The peer pressure is a little over average. Theirs question group of kids who stand a few feet from the school and smoke in front of the walking path to school. Acceptance is all based on your personality. If you look you will find a friend sooner or later. When it comes to ethnic diversity and sexual orientation it's not a problem. Their are a few people against it but as long as theirs no conflict it's as acceptable as America is as a whole."

"Most teachers are great, but this year, some of the best teachers we had were fired. There are many teachers who do not care about students."
