"These are true college courses, not AP. The academics are as good as any good university. The professors know their subjects and do an excellent job of providing information to the students. The benefits of having ECA as a mentor to help your child start their college experience using intentional methods to ensure their success is an invaluable tool. I don't think kids fully appreciate the fact that instead of just getting dropped in the mess of being a college freshmen, they have people helping them build good study habits, good learning methods and tutoring/help easily available. I think a lot more kids would be successful if this approach was more widely adopted."

"ECA is a great opportunity to get a head start on a career. This IS college and the kids are responsible for their learning. ECA does a wonderful job of preparing the kids to work at a college level and making sure that tutoring is available. This is an outstanding program that I hope all my kids can go through. The efficiency of not repeating so many basic subjects in your first year of college makes great sense to me. If your child is responsible and willing to put in the effort, this is a great way to get a 2 year head start and not have a child that is board with doing the same stuff over again after high school."

"Parents have little to no hand in the school because it's encouraged for students to be independent, and if parents are too involved you won't get into college classes. There is a parent involvement group though. They plan prom."
