"I have always loved school. I had so many life changing opportunities while at Utica High School. My teachers helped guide me through my education and encouraged me to strive for more. Peers were always there to support each other. The Utica Chieftains are always One Family One Tribe."

"Overall I did want to attend a different school than the one I am attending now but I am very pleased with going to this school. There is such a homily atmosphere this school shares. Most of the people are very friendly and accepting of anyone and are there to make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Also one of my favorite aspects this school offers is the competition assembly before every homecoming, everyone from all three grades compete in different contests and the whole day just preps you for the end of the week football games and even the dance. Also for the most part it is a judge free zone we even have clubs for the LGBT people which probably help them feel accepted along with a church leadership group and community services groups."

"The teachers here all pretty great, the ones I have had so far. They all show a great amount of knowledge in what they are teaching and they make the curriculum quite challenging but not hard enough to enable you not to learn certain things. The work load really is not bad at all either the only classes with challenging work loads are AP classes but that should be expected and they give you enough days to do it."

"Utica High School has never been a discriminatory school. There is a rich diversity of culture, religion, and sexual orientation. The strong family ties that are supported by staff and students make many feel open and excepted in all aspects."
