"Like I mentioned before, the teachers are great. But the students are often times disrespectful towards the teachers and distracting in class. There is also a lot of bullying at my school. Plus, our classrooms are old and outdated. Some of the desks are so small that we can only fit an open notebook on it. The textbooks are wore down and outdated. We also don't even have enough textbooks for every student to get one in some classes, so we have to share a class set."

"When it comes to scheduling time, it is a complete mess. Students are in classes that they do not want and it takes weeks to get it all sorted out. Most teachers are passionate and do their jobs well. A lot of class room discussions take place, which is a great way for students to stay involved in lessons. We do not get very much homework at all. Usually just in math classes."

"At my school, like most high schools, there are "groups" of people who stick together. There's the football player group, the basketball player group, the cheerleaders, the smart people, and the ones who don't really say anything in class but still have a group of friends. When it comes to sexuality at my school, everyone is accepting for the most part."

"At my school, we have teachers who are good. They do their job, provide us with assignments, and give grades. There is not too many like that. Then on the other hand, we have the teachers who really care about their students and who love their career. Those are the ones I know I can go to for help. They really think about the students best interest before themselves."

"There are teachers at Carman-Ainsworth that give their hearts up to students. They honestly wanted the best for us and pushed us to achieve the best we can do. They do their hardest to make sure we go to college and help you with the application."
