"It's a small farming community with on average 60 students per graduating class. I love the smaller amount of students per classes giving us the opportunities to connect with our teachers better inhancing our learning. All our teachers are passionate about what they do. Every year new opportunities whether it's clubs like art or syfy or sports like golf, archery and, equestrian and many more are available. This community come together when in times of need and support one another. I'm definitely proud to be apart of Dansville"

"I loved going to school in such a tight knit community. Everyone has a connection with their classmates in one way or another. The teachers and administration genuinely cared about each and every student."

"Dansville doesn't have good academics. However, it does have extremely versatile programs, especially for a rural area that usually offers limited options, if any at all. Dual enrollment and vocational schools are most popular amongst juniors and seniors. Everyone is kind for the most part, and there is not much bullying. There is almost no diversity in the regular students; however, there have been several exchange students from various places around the world, which broadens students' worldviews. All in all, Dansville has good programs (with an emphasis on sports), but terrible academic programs."

"Personally, I feel this shook lacks school spirit because all the spirit is revolved around sports. Sporting events are the only time students and parents really show how proud they are of the school and it's students athletic success. Further, academic success are celebrated on one single night. Other than that, no one really acknowledges student success, besides a few teachers."

"The teachers here at every approachable and seem to care about students, however, their knowledge about what the teach seems limited to the grades they teach, and I might even have to say their knowledge in certain subjects is insufficient. Although, whenever I needed help understanding, they were eager to explain."
