"Most of the teachers in this school came from Creston High School when the transition was made for the 2013/2014 school year. Creston High School had some of the best teachers in my opinion. The teachers are trained to be able to deal with 'mentally challenged' students because Creston High School had a specific program for children with special needs. This helps them with compassion and acceptableness. The teachers are always smiley, my English teacher (Leigh-Anne McCready) was always smiling, even if she was in a low mood. I have had dinner with many of my teachers after I graduated. I have went back to the school after graduating to see my teachers and say hello because that's what I miss most about High School, the teachers."

"The teachers and Staff try. Ever since this school has opened they have tried. They try to open programs, they try to get students happy to be there but it's hard when 90% of the school doesn't want to be there. Innovation Central High School, in 2013, was filled with Pre-Creston High School students who were still angry they were taken from their school. We held a grudge. We fought against everything the staff tried to do. 2016 graduate students are the last of Creston High School and walking through those hallways now I can see that things are turning around. The students are LETTING the staff try and they're trying as well. We have MANY different programs you can get into, for many different things. Medical Field, Business, Technology, Construction, etc. All fields have special things you can do: Work at a bank, Summer programs at Michigan State, become a EMT worker."

"We have amazing teachers and it shows. They do what they HAVE to do while personalizing it and making it as fun as they can for the students because they understand how boring the curriculum is."
