"Clarion-Goldfield-Dows gives their students an abundance of options to be active through the school. Having the opportunity to be a part of multiple groups and activities makes CGD unique. Qualifying for state golf, attending state dance competition, and being a part of sports and clubs are some of my favorite experiences. Personally, I would choose to attend this school again because the teachers, the atmosphere, and the students are just amazing. Overall, CGD High School is by far the best school to attend."

"At Clarion-Goldfield-Dows High School, teachers are willing to work with those who are struggling on a topic or those who need more one on one time. All of the teachers are knowledgeable about the subject they teach. I am very grateful to attend a school where teachers put their students first."

"I really like this school because of it's size. We relocated to Clarion from Marshalltown in 2007. The education my children have received here is so far superior to what they had in Marshalltown I can't even compare. Smaller class size, wonderful caring teachers, the opportunity to be involved in sports and other extra curricular activities are just some of the benefits of Clarion Goldfield Dows. Bigger is definitely NOT better!"

"I like my school because we have around 300 students, so it is pretty small. We have a fair amount of activities for students to be involved in. All of the teachers are easy to talk to and truly care about the success of their students. I would defiantly pick Clarion-Goldfield again if I had the choice."

"I really like all of the teachers at my school, but I wish that we had more advanced classes. There are hardly any college class options unless you take them independently online."
