"There are only a handful of teachers at my school who do not care very much. Aside from the few who are not the best teachers, overall, we do have a really good teaching staff who are very knowledgable of their subjects. This year our school hired several younger teachers and I believe that has had a great impact on our teaching staff. The majority of our teachers are very consistent with updating grades and letting students know about missing assignments. Teachers stay in communication with students, but they are also teaching us to become responsible young adults who need to get their homework done and turned in on time."

"My high school has given me the majority of the knowledge I need to take the next step in my life. As a senior that just started my second and final semester of my high school career, I believe I have had a great four years at N-P. It of course had its ups and downs, but I love knowing all of the teachers and them knowing who you are. You're not just another face in the crowd. They know your name, and they are people who impact your life forever. Every school has its negative qualities, but if I had other schools to pick from, I would more than likely pick to graduate from Nashua-Plainfield again and again."

"Being such a small school a lot of the focus is put on specific students rather than all the students, and on sports rather than education."

"Most of the teachers at this school work really hard to make sure that the students are learning the material to do well on tests. If a student wants to learn and work hard the teacher will go above and beyond to help that student."

"Our school is not very diverse. We are from small town Northern Iowa. The acceptance here is great and there really isn't a lot of peer pressure."
