"There are many things I like about my experiences at Clayton High school. Some things I like about Clayton are the students/teachers here, and the athletics. The atmosphere at my school is made to make your learning experiences better. The students here are all respectful to their teachers and other students here."

"An over all okay school but does play a lot of favoritism especially when it comes to students who's parents work at the school and students who play sports, if you don't do/have either of those you don't really matter. Only one kind of learning is allowed when it comes to learning math."

"Im a senior at Clayton High School. We have about 2 teachers that actually know how to teach and how to engage students into class discussion, and care about our success. Other teachers either put you in a group of other students while you teach yourself, while others show you the bare minimum of a lesson and expect you to figure the rest on your own. We have disorganized clubs. Band is the only structured extra curricular- but also the hardest to be in. The instructor is cranky 90% of the time. But she does her job and the band never sounds bad. The choir is horrible. FFA is unorganized. Volleyball is pretty much the only succeeding sport. But it can be unfair. The same people always get to play while the remainder of the team sits on the bench without any chances of playing. But its been like that for as long as I can remember. Getting opportunities like scholarships are VERY difficult because even now, in the middle of September, we STILL don't have an updated scholarship list on our school website. Some students still haven't been enrolled into their online classes, and falling behind. The school only allows 1 study hall per student. A large majority of the students take very high level classes. Such as English 101, Medical Terminology, Astronomy, History 101, ect. And are only allowed 1 study hall. That needs to be changed."
