"The academics offered at Rhinelander High School can be adjusted to the student. For example, for a straight-A student there are plenty of Advanced Placement and accelerated coursed for him or her to take. Classes are very personable as well, someone could be in a very advanced math, such as Calculus, but also take basic English, if they struggle in that area. There are also several courses that offer transferable college credits, some of these can even be taken as a sophomore. The teachers at RHS explore the curriculum in ways that engage the students and teach them all the information they need to be successful. The workload that comes along with everything depends on one's academic level, but even at the highest level, is manageable if one prioritizes their time and gives their best effort. Overall there are a vast amount of academics offered at RHS to allow each individual to be successful."

"I have loved my high school experience thus far. Some of my favorite experiences include homecoming and sporting events. Homecoming is a dance put on by Student Council and it is so much fun! There is also a week of engaging spirit days and exciting events leading up to the dance. There are so many sports offered at our school, and many of my favorite memories come from them. From cheering on the boys on Friday nights, to overnight cross country ski meets, to soccer team bonding, to winning the Great Northern Conference seven times in a row for tennis, sporting events make RHS great and unique."

"The social scene is pretty positive at Rhinelander High School. Obviously there is an occasional bully or negative situation, but not very often. The people I interact with build me up, are academically encouraging and competitive with me, and fun to be around. The majority of the people in our school have friends from multiple grade levels. For example I am a sophomore, and have a lot of friends who are sophomores, but I also have several good/best friends who are freshmen, juniors, and seniors. There aren't many challenges when it comes to diversity. Since RHS is located in Northern Wisconsin, there isn't that much diversity, but the students who are diverse are definitely accepting. Overall the social atmosphere at RHS is terrific."

"The teachers at my school are great! They really engage the students and prepare them for real life instead of just listing off inapplicable facts. They communicate with the students effectively through: e-mail, google classroom, handouts, and in person. They make class something to look forward to, and really get to know their students. Overall teachers at Rhinelander High School are phenomenal."
