"The teachers at this school do a good job at dedicating time to our organizations. They spend hours planning and going over details of upcoming events and competitions for FFA, FCCLA, WYSE, Scholastic Bowl, sports events and more. Our principal is always very open to ideas with the organizations and he helps out with them any way that he can."

"The people I've met at this school are great, and I have so many cool friends because of the organizations I've chosen to do in my past four years. The best thing about this school is probably the FFA Organization. It helps build confidence, friendships, and encourage others to be their best."

"A lot of teachers at this high school do bare minimum work. Others simply don't listen to the students opinions, and if you're not thinking what they think, then you're wrong."

"I chose to work and go to a two year college vs going to a 4 year full time college. This worked out great for me, was able to save and help pay for college as I went."

"We live in a town too small to have too many different social groups. The same people who are the "jocks" are also the "nerds". Also because of the small town, there isn't much ethnic/racial diversity. And since our grandparents have all grown up together and their grandparents before them , we are all pretty accepting of each other. We understand why some people are the way they are just because that's what they grew up like. The peer pressure that you would get here is probably the same as anywhere else, being a small town doesn't mean that there isn't drugs and alcohol."
