"A lot of our teachers at New Bloomfield R-3 High School are pretty close to their students. They are always willing to help you. Occasionally we tend to get off task but not for very long. Grades are in normally by the end of the week at the latest and their taeaching skills are normally one point. However there are a few that could take a little more time and explain things more clearly."

"I only had an issue with a math teacher, I talked to her during a parent teacher conference and she took it to heart and things turned around quite a bit. Teachers are very open to our suggestions. They seem to work together as a team, when one student is struggling another teacher seems to step in and ask if they can help."

"Tyler went to a parochial school K-9 grades, then we moved out to New Bloomfield to be close to my mom and dad. I have to say that is one of the best decisions we have ever made!! When Tyler started to go there he knew a few of the kids already, they made him feel right at home. He made the baseball and basketball teams and he is so close to those kids. When Tyler got there and took Algebra 2, he was struggling with it, he asked one of the other math teachers to help him. This teacher took time out of his personal time to sit down with Tyler before school started in the mornings and helped him with it. Tyler got a better understanding of the subject thanks to that teacher! I am currently on the Athletic Boosters and I have gotten to know quite a few of the parents through all of the stuff we have to volunteer for including athletic banquets, concession stands etc. There are a lot of parents that put in a lot of time to make their kids education a fun part of their lives. I graduated from New Bloomfield and I am so proud to call it my home."

"I like my high school and I wouldn't choose another one. A big downside of my school is the lack of funding. We don't have much money to work with, so we don't have the best of equipment and our technology is a little outdated. If this school had more funding, I know it would be a better experience, but classes are good and productive and I can say I've learned a lot while attending here. The teachers always do a great job at teaching in a way that all of the students can understand. The people in our community have a lot of school spirit and always support our athletic teams, which is why I believe our teams do so well. This school is unique, because it's a small, rural Missouri school with a lot of pride in education as well as education. After all, we do have seven state baseball titles!"
