"The teachers are smart and high caliber. They want the students to learn. They place high standards on the students. They are available after school and in the mornings for students who need help. They incorporate activities into their lessons to make learning more interesting. The teachers also encourage outside activities for the students."

"Most teachers at BV make a genuine effort to help their students become better learners, both inside and outside of the classroom. Some new teachers struggle to keep students in control and keep lessons engaging for all levels of students. Grade inflation is somewhat of a problem, but there are a number of teachers who are still consistent, objective graders."
