"I was attending this high school as the first class to complete all four years after it was opened. The social structure was kept very open, not a lot of clique activity because all the classes and areas are very open and inviting. The science department, especially the biology teachers are national award winning. The racial diversity was next to non existent. A few times a year the counselors would gather all the students to discuss college plans. They are willing to help you with figuring out the steps needed to apply to colleges if your parents neglect that area."

"Overall great experience. Faculty takes time to care for students well. I liked that they offered several foreign languages, especially Arabic."

"I have had an overall great high school experience. At Eisenhower there are many opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities. I have participated in the girl s tennis team, earning a varsity letter all four years. I have also been a part of national honor society, national art honor society and spirit club. Educationally, school is not an easy thing for me. I have dyslexia. At times, this requires me to work harder than most of my peers. I am very proud of my 3.5 GPA because I know it was earned through hard work. There is a special counselor that I have formed a great relationship with. She is a person that has become a great role mold, mentor and friend. My high school career is almost over, but I feel very prepared for the next phase of life. College here I come."

"This school is upper class, probably the third best public school in the Wichita Area. The social structure of the student body is very inclusive and bullying was never really an issue. The teachers actually care about their students, and the school cares about the entire student body and their success. The counselors made very effort to prepare us and help us be ready for college. The student body was not very diverse."
