"U.S. Grant is a well diverse high school and never had an issue with racial issues. Students do not have a problem fitting into U.S. Grant based on ethnicity. U.S. Grant encourages the acceptance of others that have different religions, backgrounds, and sexual orientation through clubs such as LGBT club where anyone is welcome."

"The teachers at U.S. Grant go above and beyond for their students, even with the recent budget cuts of Oklahoma education, the teachers choose to stay and support the students of U.S. Grant. As a current senior student, the teachers are preparing us for graduation and college, such as incorporating online based course work. The motto of U.S. Grant is "growth of student achievement" and they are doing this through the wide range of assistance the school provides, such as clubs and organizations, outreach with colleges in the city, and help from guidance counselors."

"Based on my experience of U.S. Grant, it has been very accommodating to having higher based classes, such as AP and concurrent courses. Scheduling has not been an issue based on my experience; however, counselor do make sure you are on the right track for graduation before changing schedules. At the moment I am taking two AP courses and one concurrent class as well as the difficult course of Anatomy and Physiology. The workload of these class have been difficult and stressful, but manageable. My teachers have been very helpful in providing the best opportunities for help and studying."

"U.S. Grant has been a rising achievement of the south of Oklahoma. U.S. Grant went from a D listed school to a B listed school, with test scores and behavior of the students and staff. My experience of U.S. Grant has been that I am proud to be going to U.S. Grant, which people years before me could not say. The High School provides many pathways for all types of students, such as AP courses and concurrent opportunities as well as specialized tutoring for those who need more learning time."

"Coming into this school as a freshman I did not know what to expect, especially since this school is talked down quite a bit. After about 3 months I started loving the school. There is so much school spirit. There is organizations and clubs for everyone. Nobody is an outcast in this school, you always fit in. I love how everyone encourages you to join different clubs and programs. The teachers and staff that work here are great themselves. The almost 3 years that I have spent at U.S Grant have truly been the best years of my life."
