"The academics are okay, but if you don't get it, teachers WILL help you. The curriculum is average or above average. Scheduling processes are less complicated if you ask questions and visit your counselor frequently. The workload is now manageable compared to IB, what I have now. I thought it was hard when i was there, but I now know it wasn't bad. Popular classes are art and technology."

"Parents aren't completely involved, because they are quite busy, and I understand that. If they were to emphasize these events, maybe it would be far more approachable. My favorite experiences included being an office aid, having the STEAM competition and being in AVID. AVID is a program designed for students who will be the first of their generation to go to college. It is heavily encouraged to enter it and it's very involved in the community."

"It taught me several lessons over the real world. It truly was helpful, however, some student's attitude was a bit worrisome, which slightly affected the whole school overall. I wouldn't say they were "bad kids," I would just say that they need more motivation through motivational speakers, one-on-one classroom talk, Socratic Seminars, etc.The best quality of this school would, of course, be the amazing faculty and teachers. EVERY single one of those amazing people care for you and empathize for you. They truly are beautiful human beings. Through thick and thin, they WILL help you! It might not have a perfect educational system like "Austin Academy," or "Brandenburg Middle School," but I DO know that the things they teach you here will be far better than that. I recommend this school for your child if you want your child to learn life lessons, life lessons that won't be taught in any other middle school."
