"There was not much consistency during my four years at Community High School. We had three different principles in that time and I saw many teachers come and go. The majority of teachers cared less about actually teaching than they did about sports as many were coaches. I feel that very few classes actually helped me to become successful in college and it's likely that many students found no classes to be helpful. Most of the teachers that really cared to help students learn and grow have left because they were not valued by administration. No funding was given to arts programs which actually had a chance at being successful. Funding went toward sports even though the teams generally did not do well. I participated in theatre throughout high school and it had a great influence on me and made me grow a lot as a person. It's dissappointing that the program was so rarely recognized for any of its success and has now become virtually nonexistent since the theatre teacher I had has left."

"The teachers are mostly good. The advanced classes curriculum is challenging but doable. The workload isn't the hardest for regular classes, but students who take multiple AP or dual credit classes struggle. There are not a lot of study options. Students who are involved in extracurricular activities and advanced classes struggle with classes."

"The same group of students are involved in everything. Personally I don't see a lot of peer pressure, but it definitely somewhere. There is a general idea of acceptance, but there are students that have more extreme views. The challenges of sexual orientation come mostly from traditionalist parents. There are some students who do not accept the LGBTQ+ community because of how they were raised. The teachers try to stay out of the business."

"This school has many issues that needs to be fixed and the majority of them come from problems from the students. Students do not care enough about their education or anything to try hard. The teachers try to get students motivated. My favorite experiences always comes from being in band. What makes this school unique is that most of the students are tolerable of one another. I would choose to go to this school again because I love the teachers and some of the programs that this school has to offer."

"The teachers try their hardest. They have good knowledge and interest in students. Some teachers have a problem with consistency in grading; this is usually due to students causing problems."
