"Don't be fooled by last year's exemplary rating. All the children know how to do is take the TAKS test. The fourth graders were not taught spelling, multiplication, or division, and those were the gifted and talented students! We had to sign our child up for Kumon in order to keep him on par with where we felt he should be. There is no homework and way too much group work in class. My child got straight A's, but learned absolutely nothing. The principal is committed and there are a few experienced teachers who care and know what their doing, but overall, I was just disappointed. We basically had to homeschool our child. Take your child somewhere else if you can. This is not a safe place or a place for learning."
