"My overall experience at this school has been the best three years of my life. I've created many fun and creative memories with my friends and fellow classmates. My favorite experience has to be the Chieftain Challenge where it is a school festival that challenges each grade with each other. What makes this school unique is that we are like a great big family, and we all get along with each other.I would choose this school again if I could do it all over because I was raised in this small town, and my classmates are like a family to me since we all grew up with each other."

"The teachers at this school are the best! Each teacher has their own unique way of teaching the students. Furthermore, each teacher are knowledgeable in their field of study. They are interested in the student life, have great communication skills, and have the students grades ready within the week."

"Most of the teachers are pretty great they are understanding and they work with you. They help you when you need help the curriculum is pretty much everything the state wants it to be like. The workload is easy however there are some classes like the honors classes that have a huge workload but they give you a reasonable time to turn it in. Sometimes they don't and that can be very hard."

"Peer pressure is not very visible at this school if there is any then it is on social media. Students here are pretty accepting everybody talks to each other. However, there are some students who think they are better then everybody and they only talk to the ones in there group and they will only talk to you if they want something or if you can help them with something. The ethnicity here is not very fair. Most of the school is Hispanic and then there are some whites in every grade."

"The teachers are all nice and respectful. Most of them you could go up to when you need a helping hand. Most of the teachers are easy to talk to and are found comfortable to get help from. The teachers try to engage you into their lesson if you don't understand something they will stop help you before moving on. Friona High School is a good school I have loved my time spent there. The teachers are reliable, nice, and comforting. They will try to work around extra curriculum activities and such while still getting in what they need to teach us to pass the standardized tests. If you have a problem they are there for you."
