"Most of the teachers at my high school are very supportive of the students and helping us to go to college. They teach in a variety of ways to make sure that every student understands the curriculum. Our school motto is that all students are "college bound." Grading is very consistent because they tell us in the beginning of the year what they expect. Overall, our school has very knowledgeable and supportive teachers that care about their students education."

"Like most schools PHS has its weak points but, it is the dedication of its teaches that overshadow its weaknesses. The teaching staff have the unique qualities that any good teacher should have, the will to see each one of their students succeed. They've all made the speach of how they want each and everyone of us to "walk across the stage''. And even the schools' janitorial staff have the same will to see students pull through. The reason I know all of this and i'm willing to admit it, is because i've seen it first hand as a member of student council and also robotics I saw teachers, who have their own families and personal lifes stay at our school until one in the morning setting up for fundraisers, teaching and getting ready for competitions investing time and even their own money to help see their students do great things. I've personally invested countless amount hours helping out at my school and through this i've met students that have graduated 47 years ago and say how proud they were to be a bulldog because they graduated with the same principles that we have 47 years later and I too have grown to proudly say the same thing about PHS."

"The envolvement of students is very unusual in the sense that its not often that you see such a large group of individuals take part in each others lives and give acceptance no matter what you believe in or who you're attracted to. Everyone supports everyone else here no real signs of peer pressure."
