"Stansbury High is in a really great area, and is fairly new with nice amenities. However, there seems to be a general disconnect between students and their instructors. Students simply don't want to be there, and teachers seem like they could care less either way. In my time as a Stallion, I can name two teachers who made me feel like they genuinely cared for me and my education. Also, I must stress how, for lack of a better word, 'crappy' the counseling department is. Unless you are suicidal or planning a shoot out, it is virtually impossible to get a meeting with your counselor. And if you are lucky enough to win the lottery, your counselor is only concerned with getting you out of there as soon as possible. Getting them to help with things like applying for college or writing a letter of recommendation is like pulling teeth. They suck!"

"High School is a challenging time for students. They're being still trying to figure out who they are. I was grateful my daughter was able to attend Stansbury High. Issues such as drugs, alcohol and bullying which are prevalent in some schools wasn't an issue. I'm not naive in believing it didn't take place but appreciated that my daughter felt school was a safe place. Thanks to the programs available such as concurrent enrollment, she's a semester ahead as she enters college."

"I liked all of the honors and AP teachers (before 2017 when they all left) they were knowledgeable and professional. School needs to change the dress code to be more accommodating, we've been in the news for how strict the codes are. Teachers and counselors need more experience on how to deal with LGBTQIA members. Cafeteria food needs massive improvement."

"I love the class opportunities I have and many choices of clubs and sports. But the coaches and teachers don't get paid enough."
