"I have loved going to Fountain Hills High School. Since it is so small I have known all of my graduating class for years and have gotten so close with all of them. I've also known the teachers for years since a lot of them teach more than one subject. I love how small it is but how we are still a big campus and a spirited school. A complaint that I have is that it is obvious that the great teachers we have are taken for granted and not paid as well as they deserve to be. It is also not the nicest or cleanest school and we never have consistent teachers in Science or Spanish. Since it is a small school we do not have as many class opportunities. Spanish is the only foreign language offered and we do not have as many electives as other schools would."

"Fountain Hills High School introduced me to some of my best friends, and some of the best teachers I've ever known. The small campus and student population allows for a real sense of community, and for more personal relationships to develop with faculty and peers. That being said, FHHS does have its fair share of problems. Due to budget cuts, the academics offered at the high school are limited, and oftentimes underfunded. Over the course of the last two years, changes in faculty members occurred regularly, and the way the administration worked was oftentimes tumultuous. PTA meetings mostly revolved more around dress code violations than issues that the students thought needed to be addressed. However, the extracurricular activities and academics offered were of good quality, and eventually the administration and faculty sorted itself out."

"I have enjoyed my three years of high school at FHHS. There is a wide range of AP courses even though the school is relatively small, such as AP Capstone. The college readiness is average and most teachers are easy to talk to and they teach as though they want you to fully understand the material being given. There are also a large range of clubs and activities for after school, such as STUGO, NHS, and Academic Decathlon. The sports are among the best in the 3A division. The school has 17 state championship over the course of 25 year of the school being open. The food is average for a high school but FHHS is one of the only schools in Arizona that allow off-campus lunch. Overall, FHHS is and will continue to be a wonderful school. I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a school in the Northern Scottsdale and Fountain Hills area."

"Fountain Hills High School is a public school with the educational opportunities of a private school. Students here can join and participate in any clubs or sports that they wish to pursue, and the teachers here are more than willing to help guide their students towards academic success and provide more individual support to those who need it. Our band program is one of the greatest for the small size of our school, and the sports programs are welcoming to anyone, even those who have never played before."

"I feel that as you go on through high school that you need to have an experience that you will remember good or bad, but at Fountain hills High School you won't get that experience. The school is losing too many kids and it is way to small to have all those experiences that are in movies. So many teachers quit and nobody wants to come here. You have kids that transfer to other schools mid year or before they start high school. Over all this school experience is very bad."
