"I like how there is much diversity and how competitive we get into sports but there needs to be more student involvement and there also needs to be more reasources."

"Bernalillo is basically a typical high school all under one roof. And its basically what you would expect from an american high school. The experience is unlike any other and will for sure surprise you. It has a diverse ethnisity range and the classes are more of a traditional small teacher student bond."

"Overall the staff is hard working and well rounded. They try to help to the best of their ability, but some of the students coming in need to want to learn. But the administration such as the principal need to establish an environment where the arts and academics can be acknowledged as well and not just athletics, because there are a lot of really bright and college bound student who are not being acknowledged and cast aside over athletics who get acknowledged when the either win or lose, but have no need for academics."

"It was ok, some teachers should never have been hired while others are splendid. This school prioritizes athletics over academics, they reward and praise students for competing in sports but no praise for students taking AP courses and participating in higher level academics. The is not much diversity, roughly 70% native americans and 20% Hispanic and 5% other."

"My experience at Bernalillo High School was pretty amazing I would say. The clubs offered to students are great, there are many to choose from and the way you are treated by the teachers is awesome. Something that I would like to see change is probably the food choices. Sometimes there is food that the students do no like but have to eat to get through the day."
