"Early College Academy taught me how to think differently. The teachers are very dedicated to the students since the class sizes are relatively smaller than those of average schools. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, an amazing experience!"

"The quality of the teachers is great. They focus on making sure the students have what they need. Elective choices are simply amazing. Forensics? Nursing? Animal Health? Robotics? Japanese or Chinese? Even dual enrollment classes at CNM for free - you can go after whatever you want, and thrive."

"In this school I made friends (and family) with people of various ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations. But I only realize this because I thought about every one of my friends I made. At this school, these sorts of differences really didn't make an impact, because there's this very large emphasis underlying our interactions that we're all people and that diversity is normal. It's not something you actively think - "we're different from each other". Because we're family now. The only thing that I actively thought about was the difference in money between our families. Some people were from well-off families and some from the opposite end of the spectrum. But I remember very clearly how giving everyone was and how much effort was made on our parts to even out the playing fields - sharing donuts with early morning classes so that everyone had breakfast, giving free lunches or snacks, bringing chips to classes, sharing school supplies... I know someone whose parents gave someone else a turkey for Thanksgiving. Yes, it is very diverse. But it never really meant that anything was unfair, or that there was a real big difference between us."

"A wonderful environment to be in. Very supportive students, teachers, and parents. Lots of people are available for support years down the line, from all three groups."

"Even two years later, I still go to my teachers for advice as well as just moral support. I know for a fact that half of my classmates do, too."
