"I loved playing for the baseball program there. It was an good time there but what could change is teachers getting a little bit more into helping out students and the administrators stop being so strict. Some kids dreaded going there because they felt as if they were going to a prison."

"My high school experience at Foothill was okay. I think the three principles the school had during the time that I was there had good intentions, but because we were getting a new principle almost every new school year things got very unorganized. One thing I'd like to see change at Foothill is how the administration treats the students and parents because they were not very nice nor respectful during my four years there."

"I would like to see a lot of changes. A block schedule would prepare the students better than what they have now. Also adding back a minute to passing period would let kids stress less about getting to class in a cluster of students going in all directions and different speeds. I know the phone policy is CCSD's rule, but I think Foothill should let it up to the teachers if students can use their phones or not, because many teachers will say they can't anyways, but it's just a better way of putting the rule in. Many of the teachers are phenomenal, same with the facility and staff. They just have to not be so uptight about everything. I also think there should be more activities like senior field day, but make goals in order to get them, and the rewards shouldn't be like an ice cream sandwich, I'm talking about fun activities students can choose to go to or not that will take up the whole day, or most of the day, if they decide to go. Other than that Foothill is fine."

"I enjoyed my overall experience at Foothill. My favorite courses were Health Sciences 1 and 2, Art 1, and Drawing 1. Getting involved with sports and activities made it more enjoyable. Majority of my teachers were wonderful as well."

"Overall, I truly have loved my experience at Foothill High School. High school is such a memorable time that I know I will never forget. My sophomore year I did foreign exchange in New Zealand and struggled so much with classes coming back because of the falsehoods told to me by my counselor. It was very unorganized and incoherent. Also, I struggled throughout high school with teachers who don't care, which has been one of the biggest troubles I've ever had to attempt to overcome. Other than the administration, foothill really was a good experience."
