"The academics offered are plentiful sometimes too many. They always start new program that students request I feel as if Chaffey has the most offered classes by far, our programs exceed expectations. So much that recently kids asked for a Chicano studies class and got it that same year. Teachers are very well much involved in our regards for classes and the curriculum. Depending on how much a student decides to take on the workload can be overwhelming but even then a simple conversation with a teacher can make things easier and they are willing to work with the amount to work."

"Giving that I had a conversation conflicting this topic I would be proud to say I would most definitely be a Chaffey Tiger all over again. The reputation Chaffey has is highly misleading, we tend to be told we are the "ghetto" school yet we have some of the highest GPA rankings yet. It's very competitive, us students love a friendly competition and all have a dream of making it to college. The programs and and clubs are crucial to the staff and students, depending on the club everyone gets passionate about what they bring to our community. The school teaches us how to become well rounded and smart young adults. My favorite experiences are all the schools programso such as our AVID program, as a junior I joined AVID and not because I had always wanted to but because I thought I had to, in fact I was never a fan of AVID I saw it as "useless." But once I joined I got to see what kind of student I truly was. I learned to have confidence in myself, I learned how to appreciate those who guide me and I've learned to care for those in my community who don't have the opportunity that I have. Overall I wouldnt be me if it hadn't been for Chaffey, I wouldn't even want to think of who I wouldn't or could've been if I went somewhere else but, luckily I am a tiger, happily I am and forever will be a tiger."

"The social scene at Chaffey is quite typical, there's groups that tend to stay within each other but all groups are very different for instance they're are a large amount of LBGTQ students, foreign exchange stufents, special needs students and so forth. As a lesbian Mexican I was first afraid if what happened if people knew I was not the average teenager but I was accepted to who I am I was encouraged to be proud of myself and not let anyone judge me. I'very always been told I look "straight" giving that I'm girly or whatnot but even then no one cared to question my sexuality or fight what I am, they taught me way to love and appreciate myself when I was afraid to."
