"My experience at this high school would have been better if there was a more welcoming environment."

"I've had maybe four teachers who went above and beyond for me. Those who did always made sure I was okay, and that all students understood something before moving on."

"I am satisfied with our teachers because although we are in a poverty stricken area, these teachers go out of their way to make sure students are reaching and exceeding their goals. Our school is constantly trying to maintain unity and find the best clubs and programs for students. They also accommodate if there is any inconvenience of some sort. One thing I am truly grateful for is having knowledgeable teachers that offer me a lot about life as well as the material I am learning. They engage the students in a way that will apply to the students living in this society."

"The PTA group at our school is at a minimum but they do make impacts individually to students. I believe our school's parents are okay because they aren't involved in their students' life for their extra-curriculars, only their grades. For me, I am in a variety of volunteer groups as well as an internship like president of Mecha, Youth Day Coordinating Team, and Book Club and parents tend to not focus on that part of the students life. On the contrary, they should make sure every student is atleast doing one thing that they love outside of school but parents aren't interested. Also, due to the area the school is, most parents are too busy providing for their families which doesn't give them the availability to participate in their child's school."
