"MiraCosta College is a fantastic start for any student, whether that student recently graduated from high school, or hasn't been to school in 10+ years. MiraCosta is a very open and accepting school, there is a vast range of clubs and safe spaces for students to confide in. The campus is filled with greenery, and the energy is light and happy. If I had to restart my college experience, MiraCosta definitely would be the first place i'd start."

"Rancho has an incredible arts program that makes the school even more enjoyable to attend. Football games are always well attended (as long as the team is having a good year). The councelors genuinely care about the students and want them to succeed in high school, college, and beyond. The PLUS program at RBV has also increased the sense of community at the school and has connected people from different backgrounds that would not be together without it."

"most of high school was great but some kids were really rude and mean and partied too much."

"Freshman year my was favorite year, I enjoyed myself a lot at that time and had a lot of fun. As the years went on I learned a lot throughout the school year through teachers, administrations, and other students. I enjoyed the fun teachers I had and learned great things along the way and was happy with the teachers I had. I would rate this school a 5 if the administration system or staff was better only because some lack respect towards other students when not all are bad. Respect is earned not given just because you make the rules and cannot belittle someone just because they're a student."

"Generally, similar groups hang out with each other and don't mix, but this is changing. Many groups are branching out and accepting others into their group despite their race or sexual orientation."
