"Rancho was the ideal school for a real high school experience. Although it had it's ups and downs I still enjoyed being a long horn at rbv."

"RBV was a great experience for me. I met many inspirational teachers and students. Many of my teachers were amazing and not only did they teach one about academics but they also prepared us for the real life. Many of them encouraged us to do great in school and pursue higher education. The bonds I created with many of these students are amazing. I did the IB program and it was extremely challenging because one had to do additional work, but it was worth it. I learned many things and discussed many things that I had never thought about. Something that could be changed about the school is the quality of the arts/band equipment and sports gear. Some classes and technology could also be updated. But overall it's a great school that will allow you to succeed."

"I am a student at Rancho Buena Vista High School and have attended it for the past three years and am now going into my senior year where I will attend Rancho Buena Vista for my last year. This school is a very good school that has helped me grow as a student and have a good mindset on what I want for the next step in my future."

"I like that Rancho Buena Vista High School offers a variety of classes to the students. It is a safe environment in which to study while also providing a creative outlet through sports and other extracurricular activities. In order to further help those who are pursuing the IB Diploma, considering Rancho is an IB school, I would like to see more classes offered specifically for those exams to ensure maximum preparation. I think that would be particularly helpful."

"The atmosphere is very fun, super diverse, and sociable. Not the most academically rigorous school, but it had a nice spirit about the school. The teachers were kind and willing to help out in anyway possible. The counselors were wise and followed up a ton to ensure success with students. The new principal works hard to make it a safe school and it shows!"
