"I wish we had sports because I'm a really active kid. Our college and SAT prep was too late, too close for comfort. We should have started in our junior year not senior year. But the juniors now are receiving SAT and college prep so the school learned from their mistakes. I'm very competitive if I knew we had class ranking I would have strive to be the best perhaps make class rankings more relevant it might awaken the fire in some students. We had a lot of community service days, where we went to do community service or an internship instead of going to school which I'm grateful for. Overall it was a decent experience but the school is fairly new and I have no doubt that it can and will become a great school."

"Overall, e3 Civic High is an interesting school. It is fairly new, so it carries multiple flaws. As a student you may have to fight and request certain things that the school may remove or offer. The teachers are all dedicated and kind, and can be easily relatable. Academically e3 Civic High has plenty of great courses, but lack recreational sports and many AP courses, but there is opportunity to partner with other schools in these situations. Placed within the 6th and 7th floor of the downtown San Diego Library, e3 is protected, but we have had times where strangers have come up stairs and entered the school, and we do not have nurses for medical concerns."

"My experience at e3 civic high has been overall exciting and different from other schools I have attended. What the school lacks is college readiness but they re slowly changing. The school has exceptional teachers who really try to keep the students engaged and also go out of their way to assist them."

"My experience at e3 has been pretty good. I just started here because I am a freshman and yes it's a charter school and has a different High School experience than the rest but it's fascinating. I mean when do you get to have the chance of going to the only school in the country inside of a library. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity."

"Almost everything is great. Most teachers are willing to stay for the students. Some academic levels are low. It is great we don't get textbooks, but the down side is that more students need to have internet access at home. Food is okay and uniforms are expensive, yet it is much better than buying clothes."
