"The Rock Academy is a very small school. In the entire middle and high school, there are roughly 100 kids, if not less. The intimate environment is helpful for those who tend to need extra help, or even those who just thrive well in that kind of setting. However, the small size is detrimental for many aspects. Sports tend to have less people, and sometimes a certain sport is not an option for a season because there are not enough people. There also are very limited clubs or activities offered by the school. Some academic courses found at other schools are not offered, but there are a few AP and honor classes."

"The rock academy is a very strong school academically. This school employs great educators that really want to see their students succeed. This school is a tight community that allows the students to be comfortable enough to talk to the teachers and faculty about anything. The athletics at this school could change. The school does not attract many athletes because of lack of athletic fields/ courts. The school is very small which gives the students a chance to be included in a small knit community and be pushed academically, but the athletics could improve with the addition of facilities."

"We wanted our child to be surrounded in a loving Christian school environment instead, at my child's first Chapel experience at the Rock Academy, we did not bring our Bible to Chapel...teacher/Chapel leader left my child in tears with the threat of demerits if Bible wasn't present at next Chapel. I could stay in public school if we wanted to treated in a rude sarcastic manner. Wow...that is not the way to lead students to Jesus!!! They decided to keep $3000 of money for 2 weeks of education provided to my child. This is not a Ministry for Jesus, this is BUSINESS......"
