"Woodcrest, overall, is quite an enjoyable school. At times, the social life may make the rigorous academics bearable, but the main focus for the school is Christ centered academics, which it successfully employs throughout all the classes."

"More often than not, if you are a student at woodcrest your teacher will be personable and will be readily available to discuss a wide range of topics with you."

"Woodcrest is a very strange school. After transferring here from Riverside Christian, I realized just how strange it was. The teachers are conservative but very affectionate towards their students. Everyone in the staff seems to have great intentions when I comes to ministering to students, but some do a better job than others. Overall, the athletics and academics make Woodcrest. As a volleyball player, we made is to CIF Finals, which was awesome! I think their seems to be a favouritism shown for the baseball team, but it's fine. The AP courses and teachers are great, especially those in the Math and History department."

"I love this school. Although I would have liked more options for electives, such as there only being one foreign language offered as an on-campus class, the atmosphere and help I received from teachers have helped me to excel. Also, if you want to take a class that the school does not offer, such as French or psychology, the school will accept a class taken at an approved university or other means of education, though the student's family must pay for the classes. The guidance counselor is another big aspect of the school's greatness. She is kind and understanding, and, what you don't find at bigger schools, she takes every student in the high school in for an annual discussion about the next year. She knows every one of us personally, as do almost all of the teachers, because the school is so small. The class sizes are roughly 20-30 students, if it is a regular course, and the AP/honours classes typically have fewer, making it easier to ask teachers questions and make sure you really have a good grasp on the material. I would not change my decision to attend this school."
