"Esperanza high school was the school I attended my my high school career. I made many friends and had interesting teachers and classes. This school used to have a theatre program but sadly it got cut due to funding reasons and lack of students taking the class. I was in theatre for two years and it was so much fun. I felt at home and where I knew I could do great things. My junior year the program was cut and for my remaining high school years I joined several clubs and was on the yearbook staff. I really enjoyed my high school experience although there were some bumpy roads I still made it out!"

"Esperanza High school had welcoming staff members and wonderful peers. Although no school is perfect, the staff really tried their best to make this community helpful for the students. Our school spirit is incredible. We were always rated one of the top schools with the best school spirit in Orange County."

"Esperanza is a good school with some really good teachers. Of course, there are some teachers that are don't teach well, like at most other schools. I have had 4 years of honors and AP classes, so there are a lot of high level classes to choose from. If I had more time in my schedule, I would have continued with the Medical Sciences Academy. I wish there was a Physics Honor class (instead of just regular or AP physics options.) The counselors are helpful, as long as you approach them, with schedules, questions, and college-related things. I really like the fact that the school and the school district offer all kind of information sessions geared towards college admissions. I would go to Esperanza if I had to do it over again."

"Esperanza was a decent high school experience, not particularly good or bad. The academics are good for the most part however like any school you have good teachers and really terrible ones at the same time. Like anything, the academics are what you make of them so if you put in effort you will learn. The sports teams historically are good and the student section is almost always packed. It's great. Overall, I feel prepared to go to college which is all that matters."
